Suzie Barnacle

Suzie is a victim of a hereditary affliction - being born into a Spurs-supporting family. Science has found no treatment or cure. She discovered from her grandfather and mother that the only solution to this condition is death. Not an attractive option…even after two 17th-place finishes.

A former award-winning sports journalist, Suzie was inspired and influenced by the icon Dame Julie Welch and remains convinced to this day that Those Glory Glory Days was a time-travelling interpretation of her insane devotion to Tottenham Hotspur and Mark Falco in the 1980s.

A season ticket holder and awayday traveller, Suzie now lives in Cambridge, her Edmontonian parents having previously broken out from N9 to Hertfordshire in the 1960s.
